本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、mamonis.studio（以下「当方」）が提供するbeadot（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、写真をアイロンビーズの図案に変換する機能を提供します。生成される図案は近似的な色変換に基づくものであり、実際のビーズの色と完全に一致することを保証するものではありません。
本アプリは、パーラービーズ、ナノビーズ、ハマビーズ等のビーズメーカー各社の公式アプリではありません。各ブランド名はそれぞれの商標権者に帰属します。
本アプリは基本機能を無料で提供し、追加機能をアプリ内課金（プレミアム版）として提供します。プレミアム版の購入はApple App Store / Google Playのアプリ内課金を通じて行われます。購入後の返金については、各プラットフォームのポリシーに従います。
本アプリのソフトウェア、デザイン、ロゴ等の知的財産権は当方に帰属します。ユーザーが本アプリを使用して作成した図案の著作権はユーザーに帰属します。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの改変、二次的著作物の作成
- 本アプリの再配布、転売
- 第三者の権利を侵害する目的での使用
- 法令に違反する目的での使用
本アプリは「現状のまま」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。当方は、本アプリの使用に起因する直接的、間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的損害について責任を負いません。色の再現精度、アプリの可用性、データの保全性について保証しません。
当方は、事前の通知なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of beadot ("the App") provided by mamonis.studio ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides functionality to convert photos into fuse bead patterns. Generated patterns are based on approximate color conversion and are not guaranteed to exactly match actual bead colors.
This App is not an official application of Perler Beads, Nano Beads, Hama Beads, or any other bead manufacturer. All brand names belong to their respective trademark holders.
The App offers basic features for free, with additional features available through in-app purchase (Premium). Premium purchases are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play. Refunds are subject to each platform's policy.
Intellectual property rights to the App's software, design, and logos belong to us. Copyright for patterns created by users using the App belongs to the users.
Users shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify the App or create derivative works
- Redistribute or resell the App
- Use the App to infringe upon the rights of third parties
- Use the App for purposes that violate laws or regulations
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. We do not guarantee color reproduction accuracy, app availability, or data integrity.
We may change these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

本使用条款（以下简称"本条款"）规定了mamonis.studio（以下简称"我们"）提供的beadot（以下简称"本应用"）的使用条件。下载或使用本应用即表示您同意本条款。
本应用提供将照片转换为拼豆图案的功能。生成的图案基于近似颜色转换，不保证与实际拼豆颜色完全一致。
本应用不是Perler拼豆、Nano迷你拼豆、Hama拼豆或任何其他拼豆制造商的官方应用。所有品牌名称属于各自的商标持有者。
本应用免费提供基本功能，通过应用内购买（高级版）提供额外功能。高级版的购买通过Apple App Store / Google Play的应用内购买进行。退款遵循各平台的政策。
本应用的软件、设计、标志等知识产权归我们所有。用户使用本应用创建的图案的版权归用户所有。
用户不得：
- 对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
- 修改本应用或创建衍生作品
- 重新分发或转售本应用
- 以侵犯第三方权利为目的使用本应用
- 以违反法律法规为目的使用本应用
本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。我们不保证颜色再现精度、应用可用性或数据完整性。
我们可能在不另行通知的情况下更改本条款。更新后的条款在本页面发布后立即生效。
本条款受日本法律管辖并据其解释。
